7. Wholesale Terms

· Wholesale is available to approved businesses only.

· A valid business license or reseller permit may be required.

· All wholesale clients must adhere to brand guidelines and recommended retail pricing (if applicable).

· Breach of wholesale terms may result in suspension or termination of the business account.
